About us

We're building HealthyGreens with farmers, not just for them.

HealthyGreens started with conversations in the field, not a boardroom. By pairing farmers' real-world experience with AI-powered plant disease diagnosis, we built a tool that identifies problems instantly from a single photo. Every feature reflects feedback from the people actually growing crops—because the best agricultural technology listens before it solves.

Our story

Growing smarter farming, one photo at a time.

We're building HealthyGreens with farmers, not just for them. Using image recognition, agronomic data, and continuous field learning, we help growers catch crop problems before they spread — turning a simple photo into a fast, reliable diagnosis anyone can act on.

What we believe

The principles behind how we build

Built on real field conditions

Our model is trained on leaf images captured in real growing conditions, not just clean lab photos, so it's built for the way farming actually looks.

Honest about uncertainty

Every diagnosis carries a confidence score. We'd rather tell you when we're not sure than give false confidence in a wrong answer.

Privacy-first

Your field photos and data are used to improve your own results. We don't sell them, and we're clear about how they're used.

Listen

Every model we train starts with a real question from a real field. We stay close to the ground, because the best answers come from understanding the actual problem first..

Protect

A crop is a season's worth of work and income. We take that responsibility seriously, building tools that are accurate, dependable, and built to reduce risk, not add to it.

Science over guesswork

Treatment recommendations are grounded in established agricultural practice, not generic advice recycled across every crop.

The technology

Where the diagnosis actually comes from

HealthyGreens uses an image recognition model trained to recognize the visual patterns of common crop diseases and pest damage — spot shape, discoloration, texture, and distribution across the leaf. It's the same category of signal an experienced agronomist reads by eye, applied consistently and instantly.

As more farmers use the app and confirm or correct results, the model keeps improving — particularly for the regional crops and conditions that get less attention from research built around a handful of major commodity crops.

Where we're headed

Our roadmap

Now

API access, core diagnosis

Photo-based diagnosis and treatment recommendations for 85+ supported crops, free for testing / POC.

Next

Expert community & more crops

Access to agronomists for second opinions, and expanding crop and disease coverage based on API access feedback.

Later

Weather alerts & health tracking

Proactive alerts when local weather raises disease risk, plus season-long crop health history per field.

Down the road

Offline mode & regional languages

Diagnosis that works with limited connectivity, and the app available in more of the languages our farmers speak.

Who's behind it

A small team, growing carefully

We're a small founding team with backgrounds spanning agronomy and software, working directly with early access farmers to shape the product.
